    Ingredients

    1/2 Cup Cherries, frozen
    1/4 Cup Oats, rolled, gluten-free
    1/4 Cup Walnuts, raw, unsalted
    1 Dates, pitted
    1 Cup Milk, 2%
    1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon, ground
    1/4 Cup Ice – optional

    Directions

    1 All ingredients in the order listed and blend until smooth.
