Made with frozen acai, berries, and banana, this thick, creamy smoothie bowl is packed with fiber and antioxidants, making it as good for you as it is to eat!
Ingredients:
1 cup acai puree, frozen
2 cup mixed berries, frozen
1 medjool dates, pitted
1 banana, frozen
1 1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened
46 g plant-based protein powder, strawberry flavoured
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to the blender. Pulse a few times to break down the frozen fruit.
Insert the tamper through the lid opening and use it to help move the mixture toward the blades.
Blend on LOW to MEDIUM until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into bowls and top with fresh fruit, granola, and a drizzle of honey.
