    • 1.Are the three tabs on the cup still in place? If no, the cup will need to be replaced.

      2. Can you push and twist the cup and blade into the motor base? If no, there may be a build up on the activators. See cleaning method as per below:

    • The NutriBullet Baby Batch Bowl with Lid can be used to blend steamed vegetables and liquids to make baby food. The Short cup should NEVER be used to blend hot contents.
    • Sterilising Nutribullet Baby® accessories with hot water or steam is NOT recommended, as this can damage or warp the plastic components making them unfit for use. Only cold water sterilisation options may be used, such as antibacterial dissolvable tablets. These steriliser tablets can be purchased at most supermarkets or chemists.
      • The NutriBullet Baby Batch Bowl and accessories are made from super durable, BPA-Free Tritan Material.
      • The seals in the blade attachment are considered to be a non-removable component and cannot be individually replaced. Blades should be replaced every 6 months (depending on use) and can be purchased here. Please contact our customer service team for further assistance.
      • We recommend replacing your extractor blade every 6 months (depending on use) or as needed for optimal performance. They can be purchased here.
      • We recommend cleaning the attachment with lukewarm soapy water. Please ensure the seal is not removed from the blade attachment when cleaning.
      • Unfortunately, the blades cannot be washed in the dishwasher. The exposure to hot water will cause the seal to become damaged. The cups and accessories can be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher only.
      • The NutriBullet Baby comes with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. If you are experiencing an issue with your NutriBullet and the warranty has ended, please contact our customer service team.
      • It may be that the seal within the blade attachment has dislodged from its position or damaged. Please contact our customer service team to discuss this further.
        • We stand by the quality of our products and we make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return any products purchased on our website to receive a refund of the purchase price or exchange the products within 30 working days of receipt (for any reason), provided that the products are returned in their original condition with original or appropriate packaging and invoice. To return products please call us on 1300 285538 and we will advise you on how best to return the goods to us.
